Shipping and returns
1.A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.
2.A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail once items shipped out.

Customs and Import Duties
Sometimes the additional customs or import duties couldn't be avoided. But please don't worry. If any charged,please simply contact email@example.com.
1.Please send us the photos of the receipt of the custom tax.
2.Refund will be returned to you within 3-5 working days once get your receipt.
We are sure you will be delighted with our items,but if not,simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.
1. Send e-mail to email@example.com and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return form will be sent to you then.
3. Place the item(s) in the original packing,put in the "Return Form" and seal the parcel securely.
4. Drop off your package at the local post office. Send us the return tracking number.
5. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
1.You have 30 days to decide if the items are right for you,if not,you can certainly come to us within 30 days on receipt..
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
5. Return RMA Number and return reason should be filled in the "Return Form", or any delayed we will be out of responsibility.
6.For refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. For exchange,new items will be reshipped to you within one week.
The Returns Process
• Please do not remove the tickets showing the item name and safety information;
• Please return all original packaging;
• Please use the original mailing bag/box to return the item(s) to us and seal securely to keep the item(s) safe;
• Please enclose the Returns Form in your package;
• Please mark the reason for returning on the Returns Form. We use the information to improve customer service;
• If you have misplaced the original paperwork, please write down the original order number and enclose with the package. This will help our Customer Care team identify which order should be refunded. Your order number is shown on any of the emails you have received from us.
• Remember to get a proof of delivery at the post office and keep it safe, just in case of any non arrival.
We do not offer exchange of goods, but you are free to place a new order for a preferred item, safe in the knowledge that we will refund you for any returned items. If you wish to replace your returned items for a different item, we will process your new order as quickly as we can.
